To protect against fraudulent orders, Gamer Tech may request valid photo ID matching the billing or shipping details provided. Failure to respond to an ID check may result in your order being cancelled and refunded.

SECTION 4 – CANCELLATION POLICY

We do not offer cancellations due to change of mind.

If a cancellation is approved at our discretion, it will incur a 20% restocking fee. This is to cover administrative and component allocation costs once a build or order has been confirmed.

SECTION 5 – MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website and may have limited quantities.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any colour will be accurate.

All PCs and racing simulators are tested prior to shipping. However, final in-game performance may vary depending on factors outside our control, such as internet quality, game optimisation, and user settings.

Please ensure you ask for advice or request a performance estimate prior to ordering if unsure.

SECTION 8 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In our sole discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or order.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control.
